Tariffs include: VAT at 10%, access to shared services and facilities, electricity supply, , transport in shuttle train to beach, bags for refuse, entertainment and playground facilities, and first aid nurse.

Tariffs do not include: surgery examinations, use of telephone, hire of bicycles and beach equipment, swimming pool and anything else not expressly mentioned as included.

Covered parking for one car or motorcycle is free. Free WI-FI in the area of the bar.

Local tax
Our tariffs do not include the local tax, the municipality of Grosseto introduced this year for stays during the period 01 March – 31 October. This tax (Euro 0,60 per person per night for a maximum of 7 days) has to be paid to the village which will remit this contribution directly to municipality of Grosseto. Children under 14 years are tax free.
